Welcome to Isneha Facilities Private Limited. By engaging with our services, corporate entities ("Clients") agree to the following terms:

  • B2B Nature: We strictly serve corporate, commercial, and enterprise clients. We do not provide residential cleaning services.
  • Service Level Agreements (SLA): All facility management services are executed strictly as per the mutual SLA signed between Isneha Facilities and the Client.
  • Compliance: We deploy fully background-verified Service Partners and adhere to all statutory requirements including PF, ESI, and Minimum Wage Acts.
  • Liability: Isneha Facilities maintains utmost care during operations using commercial-grade machinery. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages to corporate assets.

Isneha Facilities Private Limited values your corporate data privacy.

  • Information Collection: We collect professional information (Company Name, Corporate Email, Phone, Facility Area) solely for the purpose of generating Request for Proposals (RFPs) and conducting facility audits.
  • Data Usage: Your data is used internally for communication, SLA drafting, and invoicing (via our secure CRM).
  • Data Protection: We do not sell, rent, or trade your corporate information to third-party marketing agencies or aggregators.
  • Cookies: Our website uses minimal cookies to ensure a smooth browsing experience and basic traffic analytics.

Due to the scale of commercial machinery logistics and workforce deployment, our cancellation policy is structured as follows:

  • Ad-Hoc Deep Cleaning: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled deployment. Late cancellations may incur a logistics penalty fee as per the quotation.
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC): Termination of long-term facility management contracts requires a formal notice period (usually 30 to 60 days) as explicitly stated in your signed B2B SLA.
  • Refunds: If a scheduled prepaid ad-hoc service cannot be fulfilled by Isneha Facilities due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be initiated to the original corporate payment source within 7-10 working days.
